The Fall Festival

Halloween DoorOn Oct. 31, 1517, Martin Luther nailed 95 theses for public discourse to the church door in Wittenberg Germany.
He did so in anger directed against the Catholic Church for the abuses of its preaching’s in the matter of the sale of indulgences.

Indulgences were a plank of Catholicism that taught repentance could be purchased by the church for money. View full article »
