Dealing with Doubts

Dealing with our Doubts

Philip found Nathaniel and said to him: “We have found Him of whom Moses and the Prophets, wrote- Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.” And Nathaniel said unto him: “Can anything good come out of Nazareth?” Philip said to him: “Come and see!”
Jesus saw Nathaniel coming unto Him and said, “Behold an Israelite in whom is no deceit.” Nathaniel said to him, “How do you know me?” Jesus answered and said to him: “Before Philip called you, while you were under the fig tree I saw you.” Nathaniel answered: View full article »

Love Others

Love Others

Whether hurricanes, tornadoes or earthquakes the devastation of property and loss of life has soared. The mess in Houston and the upcoming devastation in Florida, as well as the recent massive earthquake off the coast of Mexico all seem to testify to the same thing. View full article »

“The Bible clearly teaches that men and women are equal in value and dignity and have distinct and complementary roles in the home and the church. If churches disregard these teachings and accommodate to the culture, then the members of those churches and subsequent generations will be less likely to submit to God’s word in other difficult matters as well.” ~ Quoted from CBMW.org

Wings of the Wind

Wind in my wingsWhere Does the Wind Come From?

Amie asked the question the other day after the heat of the day had given way to the cool of the evening. I immediately hitched up my mind and started into a scientific explanation of high and low pressure’s and other minutia that matters little. View full article »
