One Blood

One Blood

I’ve been reading a biography of U.S. Grant. What an amazing man. I have learned much about leadership qualities and also have a deeper respect for the man who God used to put an end to the civil war. After the war Grant had no aspiration for the presidency. In fact, he never even campaigned for the position. View full article »

Exceedingly Abundant

“And the grace of our Lord was exceedingly abundant…”
I Timothy 1:14a

Eta Linneman had lived a religious life, but in her heart she knew she was barren. Born in Germany in 1926 she excelled in Biblical studies and was taught under intellectual giants in Germany such as Rudolph Bultmann and Ernst Fuchs.

Where Will Doctrine Take You?

1 Timothy 6:17-19
Instruct those who are rich in the present age not to be arrogant or to set their hope on the uncertainty of wealth, but on God, who richly provides us with all things to enjoy.

A cosmic struggle between God and Satan was coming to an apex- God putting His foot on the neck of the snake!

In Revelation 12 the prophet records a vision that encapsulates the reality of what was going on at the birth of the Messiah: View full article »

In All Things

In All Things

Jesus has given His disciples many great promises. Some pertain to this life, some to the next. Of all the promises that He made concerning this life, none compares with the promise of the Blessed Holy Spirit. During the last night that Jesus spent with His followers before His crucifixion He said to them: “It is to your advantage that I go away. For if I go away I will send the Holy Spirit unto you.” He further said, “I will not leave you as orphans, I will send to you the advocate (paraclete). View full article »
